About Holly
"Your health is my passion"
Helping You Move Better, Recover Faster, and Live Healthier
I help my clients build healthy habits, feel better, and find what works for them.
Holly is a dedicated and experienced Sports Therapist who has been supporting clients across both clinical and sporting environments since graduating from the University of Hertfordshire in 2008 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy. With a career spanning sports clubs and private practice, she brings a depth of knowledge and hands-on experience to every treatment.
Over the years, Holly has continued to expand her skill-set, gaining additional qualifications in Personal Training, Pregnancy Massage, and Myofascial Release. Her treatments incorporate a range of techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, kinesiology taping, and electrotherapy methods such as interferential and ultrasound therapy.
Working with athletes, gym-goers, and those experiencing everyday aches and pains, Holly tailors each session to the individual. Her approach is adaptable – focusing on restoring performance and speeding up recovery for acute injuries, while taking a more holistic, restorative approach for clients with chronic discomfort or those seeking overall wellbeing.
Her passion for sports therapy began at just 14 years old, following treatment for a knee injury – an experience that inspired a lasting desire to help others recover and feel their best. As a regular basketball player who understands the realities of injury firsthand, Holly brings both professional expertise and personal insight into every session.
With a genuine commitment to helping people move better and feel stronger, Holly aims to support each client on their journey toward long-term health, balance, and confidence in their body.
Whether you’re training for an event, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to move and feel better, I create tailored treatments to support your journey. Based in my dedicated clinic in Marks Tey, Colchester, I also provide wellness support at sporting events across Essex and London.
